Married life .. is it really different?

So I got married this year, July 12, 2008. I’ll tag that so I can remember my anniversary next year 
Anyway, everyone has always told me things change after you get married and all sorts of other tidbits of wisdom. Maybe it has yet to kick in, but so far things have been exactly what I had expected them to be. Possibly we were mentally prepared, possibly we already crossed those hurdles years back while we were dating, or who knows what. The only thing I know, is so far married life is pretty close to what it was prior to the big event. All I know, is things seem pretty darned good, and I’m happy. What more can a guy ask for?
